The First Day of December

All the complicated details 

of the attiring and 

the disattiring are completed! 

A liquid moon 

moves gently among 

the long branches. 

Thus having prepared their buds 

against a sure winter 

the wise trees 

stand sleeping in the cold. 

It's finally December! School is almost over and I am breaking out the Christmas decor

and the holiday recipes and music! I can't wait to get a tree this weekend-- we put it off until after

I am finished quarantining for Covid exposure at school. I'm hoping to be more consistent with posting

(famous last words) because I have all sorts of ideas and recipes to try, not to mention decorations to show off! I am thinking about doing some posts on buying local/handmade/mom & pop shops!
